SPDB International Holdings Limited ("SPDBI", or "the Company"), the wholly-owned offshore subsidiary of Shanghai Pudong Development Bank ("SPD Bank"), as well as a leading financial services platform in Hong Kong, marks its 3rd anniversary in March. To celebrate the Anniversary, the Company supported the 22nd March performance of "Cecile McLorin Salvant and the Aaron Diehl Trio" at the 46th Hong Kong Arts Festival to actively contribute to the promotion of arts in Hong Kong.

The 28-year-old jazz vocalist Cecile McLorin Salvant won the first prize of the Thelonious Monk International Jazz Vocal Competition in 2010 and started her career as a vocalist shortly thereafter. She received the Grammy Awards for Best Jazz Vocal Album in 2016 and 2018 respectively for her albums "For One To Love" and "Dreams and Daggers". Cecile, in the world of music, is an emerging superstar with tremendous energy and growth potential, similar to SPDBI, a rising star in the Hong Kongfinancial sector.

SPDBI was pleased to invite its valuable clients and business partners to enjoy the performance to thank them for their continuous support for the Company. In addition, to contribute to arts education in Hong Kong and continue SPDBI's devotion to the community, the Company also invited a group of members from the Hong Kong Youth Symphonic Orchestra and the Hong Kong Symphonic Choir with strong passion in music to enjoy the performance together.

Mr. Wang Xinhao, Vice President of SPD Bank, said, "On the occasion of our 3rd Anniversary, we are very pleased to support Ms. Cecile McLorin Salvant's 22nd March performance at the Hong Kong Arts Festival. We would like to express our sincere gratitude to our clients, business partners and all of our staff for their consistent support. SPDBI will make full use of the competitive advantage of Hong Kongas an international financial center, as well as its open system and unique position as a global hub for offshore Renminbi business, to provide our customers with comprehensive and quality services leveraging the synergies of our businesses in both domestic and overseas markets. Meanwhile, we will continue to actively fulfill our corporate social responsibility and contribute to the promotion of arts and culture in Hong Kong."

Mr. LAM Kai-fai, Director of Hong Kong Youth Symphonic Orchestra and the Hong Kong Symphonic Choir, said, "The missions of Hong Kong youth Symphonic Orchestra and the Hong Kong Symphonic Choir are to foster Hong Kong's musical arts development. Thanks to SPDBI's support, our orchestra members have the opportunity to enjoy a top-class jazz performance by an internationally renowned vocalist. On behalf of the organizations, I would like to express my sincere gratitude towards SPDBI for its support of charity activities and arts education, especially for the low income families in Hong Kong."
