Malabar Gold & Diamonds, one among the
world's largest five jewellery retail chains, is fast expanding its global
footprint by adding 11 new showrooms across six countries. The 11 showrooms
will be inaugurated in a single day on January 12th.
The opening of new showrooms will take the total retail network of the jeweller
to 208. This is the first time that an Indian jewellery retail chain will
be opening such a large number of showrooms, spread across six nations in a
single day.
The Group will open showrooms in a
string of malls in the UAE such as Al Khail Mall, Al Hazana Lulu Mall, Al
Buhaira Lulu Mall, Sahara Centre, Ajman City Centre, Mall of Qatar in Qatar,

Currently, Malabar Gold has 197 showrooms of which 90 showrooms
are in India and the other 107
showrooms abroad. The rapid expansion of showrooms across geographies is part
of the Group's strategy to fast expand its global footprint. In 2017 alone,
Malabar Group opened 27 showrooms across nations.
